Default 2 hands

hand 1:

Both villains are tagish but slightly loose and passive.
I'm pretty confident on my read that MP3 does not raise a king on this flop.

Hand 1: How is someone TAGish but also loose-passive? Regardless of this, as a TAG playing against other TAGs I would raise that flop because everyone expects the slowplay. If someone 3-bet me then I'd call and raise the turn on them.

Hand 2: I'd bet that turn everytime because you'd probably get a free showdown if you missed your outs.

I am referring to pre flop here. What would you call someone who was 24/5-6? I meant they had tagish stats, but were more passive and loose than a solid tag. I had been playing with this guy for a while, and he was not good post flop. He slow played far too many holdings, and would certainly do so with a king. My real concern, is that given the flop raiser is unlikely to have a king, is this play ok?
