Default Why you sometimes should limp with aces (low content)

Note that I planned a limp-reraise, and was not pleased that everyone limped, until I saw the flop.

Seems there is fish every level, heh? I have to admit I do not have enough guts to go all in here though. Good read.

does QK think it to be impossible for anyone to limp in with 77 and 99? They'll show you that, and K9 and even K7 too.

I thought trips was possible, but highly unlikely. 99 probably would have raised PF (but not definitely). More importantly, his first bet smells like top pair, near top kicker to me, especially with a king on the flop. With so many players behind him, I think trips would have checked, trying to lure in paired kings.

His push looked 100% like "My kicker is bigger than yours." I put him on AK or KQ, more likely the latter as he limped PF. I would have thought about folding if one of the players to his left had called. (THAT would have looked like trips).

definitely strong play, KQ would be most likely, though with all the suckers out there KJ should not be ruled out. you played it well and got paid, an effective limp non reraise pulled off.
