Default Call down this turn checkraise?

Paradise Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

I'm multitabling to try to clear the Paradise bonus, and the hand histories aren't coming through, so my only information on cards comes from showdowns. MP1 seems LAGgy, as I saw him raise numerous limpers from the button w/A9o, and in the only hand where we went head-to-head, he openlimped w/J8o and checkraised my KK on a JJ46r turn (after which I called down). The BB is playing on another table of mine at the same time, and has seemed somewhat loose-passive.

Preflop: chesspain is CO with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

River: (8.75 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

He's probably got something like TJ but if he's LAGgy he might be trying to push you off overcards on this board with a worse hand. I'd call down. Without the gutshot I think I may fold. But having 6 likely outs I think leans it toward a call for me.

I'd call the turn and fold the river.

I'd fold the turn without the gut, call it with. Fold the river unimproved. Get 'em next time.
