I would have played it the same way...except on the flop, I may have considered raising to make the gutshot fold. but otherwise looks good.

If your read of this player is that the preflop cap indicates a big PP or AKs...after the turn you are seriously behind AA-KK-JJ-TT-99, and only ahead of AK. This does not look good and you could find a fold depending on your read.
