running poorly, taking a break - Strategy for coming back

Maybe this belongs in psych forum, but I mostly post here. I was running very well for a while playing 5/10 full and 6 seated. Up about 250BBs in 3 weeks. Then in a month I had given about 180 back, culminating in a really pathetic B&M 6/12 session where I played poorly AND got bad cards, dropping 35 more BBs there.

I've taken a couple of weeks off, and want to know how to prep for coming back.

(I play for the challenge and fun, and to have some extra pocket money to buy fun stuff when I win [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img])

Advice?
