Default small pair on button

Let say you have a small pair 33 on the button. How many players have to limp before you in order for you to call 1 bet? Thanks.

I would probably always play it since if you aren't quite getting the right (implied) odds to flop a set your steal chances on the flop are reasonable.

I would play all the time for 1 bet, no problem. Depending on the game, I might raise. The position alone is worth 1 bet.
