Sarcasm doesn't translate well over the internet.

You're going to get a billion sarcastic responses to this thread so I'm going to try to be original and just write this innocent, non-sarcastic comment of something that I have learned:

Conviction is often extremely harmful.

You can fool some of the people all the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all the time.

I always thought it was:

"Half of the people can be part right all of the time,
and some of the people can be all right part of the time,
but all of the people can't be all right all of the time."

Where's your quote from?

i learned this a while ago and created a system to convey sarcasm. any sentence that ends with !!, is one that uses sarcasm. it works for me, maybe u can start using it too.

Maybe something like "$$" at the end of each sentance, tho with sarcasm it would work better if it was bracketed.

well u just have to make sure u are talking to ppl that r aware of the standard. i also think that one ! is good enough to show excitement. if u r really that excited, u need an exorbitant amount of !'s, but maybe that's just me.
