I've also been wondering how to adjust my pushing standards when there is a caller or a minraiser up front. Personally, I'd push the first hand, but I'd be wary of the second, unless the big stack made a habit of stealing with min-raises. Otherwise I'd suspect a trap hand.

I'd love to hear other opinions.

I'd say that hand #1 is definately a push. Anything better than AJ is more than likely raised here.

Hand #2 is tough. I think it would depend on my read of the PF raiser. If you had a bigger stack, I would say fold. How many hands until the blinds go up? Considering the small stack, I may push and hope to see A9 or KQ.

"I think it would depend on my read of the PF raiser."

He has been min-raising most hands since the 100 blinds. He has gotten away with most of them. His stack has been up and down most of the game.

"How many hands until the blinds go up?"

3 hands.
