credit cards and multiple skins

I know there's been a lot of difficulty in getting multiple skins going lately. I haven't read anything in previous posts about this issue.

I was unable to make a deposit at multipoker even though it was a brand new account on a clean computer. They seem to have made the connection that I have accounts on other skins not from an IP address or registry entry, but by the credit card I was using.

This was the message that I got:

I have never even downloaded multipoker before today though. Anyone else run into this issue?
