bad beat or bad play?
Hey everyone, first time posting and just suffered a bad beat. Any suggestions on how I should play this hand? Was it right to push?

Re: bad beat or bad play?
Fold pre-flop.
However, if you didn't fold pre-flop, push when the flop comes down. You're almost certainly ahead here, and have to make it expensive in case there is a draw. Unfortunately, from what you say, he probably would have called your push anyway, and you'd have lost. But that's poker. |
