Default PT 16K checkup,

This is all from playing on party the last 2 weeks or so playing 2/4. My old PT database got wiped out from a HD failure so i had to start all over, had about 15K in my old one.

Total Hands 16,162
VP$IP 13.57
VP$SB 23.18
Folded SB to steal 91.55
Folded BB to steal 72.41
Att. to stl blinds 25.68
Won$WSF 32.59
Went to SD 30.79
Won $ @ SD 54.49 (I worked very hard to get this up)
PF Raise 6.81

Aggression Factor = 1.62 (including preflop)
w/out= 2.48

Preflop: .84
flop: 2.48
Turn: 2.81
River 2.06

all my other stats seem to fall in place except for 2 very gross hands, these are my biggest losers.:

Hand__Times__Win%______Net____Avg/Hand____BB/Hand___VP$IP
JJ____54____38.89_____-$112___-2.07_______-.52_______100%
JTo___150____4.00_____-$98____-.65________-.16_______12.67%

Getting JJ 54xs and i havent shown a profit on the hand yet. I have flopped top set w/ JJ so many times and lost and also lose my JJ to QQ-AA when undercards flop many many times. what is everyone elses stats for JTs and JTo? i feel i may be misplaying them, or might just have a bad run. Im also curious what stats people that play 2/4 might have on me? PT pegs me as a Eagle-TAN. thanx for all replies!!!

Get your PF raise % up.

You're too tight. Far too tight.

Play more pairs and suited bigs.

Blind steal more.

Default Re: PT 16K checkup,

Starting at the top, VP$IP is a bit low. Try to find some ways to add some more drawing hands in, or maybe up your steal % in the last two or three positions.

Folded to SB steal at 91% seems quite high. If the SB raises you, you're getting 3:1 odds to call plus position. You should be three-betting here a good amount too.

To be honest, your Won$WSF seems a few % points high (mine's around 30), but that could be because you're playing tighter and thus when you see the flop you have a stronger hand on average.

PF Raise has to climb. 7% is the bare minimum in my opinion. KQ and AJ UTG, AT and KJ early to mid. Perhaps you should be stealing more. K9o, QTs are both good raising hands first in from the CO.

JJ seems to be running bad, don't fret. JTo on the other hand is not a very good hand at all. You're most likely overvaluing it. I only play this from SB or maybe from late after a minimum of three other limpers (and even that might not be enough).

You shouldn't worry about what other people's stats of you are since those stats are just a less significant subset of what you just posted.

Anything I didn't mention looks fine to me.

Default Re: PT 16K checkup,

My old DB had me stealing like 65% and my winrate was more than twice as high as it is now. I guess I have been playing like a girl this last couple of weeks. as for raising, I have these #s for these hands and may not be raising enough

HAND - PFR%
AJs-- 75.00
AJo-- 61.00
ATs-- 37.00
ATo-- 32.00
KQs-- 25.00
KQo-- 14.00
KJs-- 21.00
KJo-- 17.00

my regular live games are 10-20, 15-30 & 20-40, Maybe my tightness from these games is hurting me in the much looser online PP 2-4 games. Could someone look at the above posted hands and let me know if I am raising too little with them? I see now that i have been overvaluing JTs because I have been playing it from way too many positions. JTo I have only been playing on the button, CO, and blinds.

I am gonna crank up my blind stealing and that should solve my PFR and also increase my BB/100. Any other Opinions?

I would say (assuming normal table) These are fold or reaise hands.

ATo-- 32.00
KQo-- 14.00

Late to middle raise or fold. early call bb check

KJs-- 21.00
Call everywhere unless you are stealing

KJo-- 17.00

Call only late. (I really dont like this hand much)

All are stealing hands. Steal more.

The reason you usually fold/reaise those hands is most normal player's reasing hands would be a head of you. Reads of other players is needed. I would get player view and find the post about change pp table layout. Empire, Party, and PokerNow are complete black around the table with just the name----stats on the table. Super nice for 4 tabling.

Just want to say I misread the SB steal stat (as folding to an SB steal obviously). 91% might be a bit high, but it isn't a huge deal.

Those percentages are low. I don't have my stats handy but I'm sure they're much closer to those Nate listed.

And I agree with the others on the VP$IP. Poker is a fun game. You should play some.
