Default Sanity check, did I make the right move?

Just wanted to see if I could have played this any better, 5+.50 NLHE two table, Villain loose passive. Everyone is pretty much folding to a min raise, did I get greedy preflop? Thanks in advance!

Tough spot. Two pair is a real possibility on this board, and of course a set is always possible. But he could also have a big drawing hand. If he's loose passive, I would fold.
