Default 47.8% chance of losing / hand. What are odds of losing 10 in a row?

Thank you in advance!

its:

0.478 x 0.478 x 0.478 x 0.478 x 0.478 x 0.478 x 0.478 x 0.478 x 0.478 x 0.478= 0.0006227 ~ 0.06%

that is the chance of losing 10 in a row before you start.

After 9 losses, the chance you lose the next one is still 47.8%.

right, but he's asking for 10 in a row, not "after you lose 9, what's the probability of losing the next one".

been a while since probability. is this correct?

In any case, he wanted the odds, not the probability.

In other words, "Very unlikely," so there's no reason to ask the question.
