Beef jerky is a rip off!!

They charge way too much for how little they put in the packages. But, it's so good. I just ate an entire package and am thinking about popping open another.

A friend of mine, real country boy, makes his own in a "dehumidifier", I guess it's a lot cheaper, you just cut up some steak and use some seasoning mix.

I use to have a dehumidifier, you can find one for fairly cheap. It's real easy to make jerky using it, you can make alot for fairly cheap and it's pretty good.
