Would you have played 76s in this

So I my thought on this hand is that I am getting massive odds to call on this hand before the flop and if I hit it I can bust someone and if not I can easily release it. Just want to make sure though that this was correct. Also what since i had the deck pretty much crippled on the flop I think the check is the right move. any thoughts would be appreaciated even if its just a this is obvious. Really trying to develop a solid sit n go game. Lastly I saw a FAQ for sit n go play if someone could link me I would like to put it in my favs thanks.

I think this is an easy call. You are getting 9.5:1 or so odds, the amount you're calling isn't a significant portion of your stack, and implied odds are working in your favor.

I also like your play assuming you pushed on the turn. The converter seems messed up, I'm assuming you check-raised all in?

Looks perfect. I generally fold speculative hands early but that doesn't extend to folding suited connectors 5 ways getting 10-1 odds. Flop check is standard on such a ragged board. If it was A66 you'd lead out, though.

Chris, why would you lead at the A66 board? I would think that would be a check as well. What am I missing?

If they have a piece of it, you'll get them to raise you with an inferior hand. You'll get more money leading at it if you had any shot at getting played with in the hand in the first place.

If you check and later raise someone with an ace, they can pretty easily put you on a 6 and fold. If you lead out, people will have a harder time putting you on a 6. One scenario is that you get raised on the flop by a good ace, call and check to them on the turn, where hopefully they'll make a bet large enough to commit them. Another scenario is that you get called down by a weak ace. You keep increasing the bet amount but they are always reluctant to fold to a simple bet.

At the very least, you will never cost yourself anything leading out if someone has an ace. If nobody has an ace, you're never going to make much on the hand anyway. You may also subject yourself to the horrible fate of having someone hit a full on the turn with a wired pair, or backdoor flush you.

Edit: With 266, the differences are (1) it's far more likely that nobody has a piece of the flop (2) If you allow a free turn card somebody is quite likely to make top pair. That's impossible with A66.
