Paired Flop Hand Quiz
Alright, I'm looking for advice on the proper flop move on this hand depending on my read of villain. If you want to include your justifaction for each, wonderful Assume 1500 stacks 10-20 BB, 9 player SNG if you like.
JJ on the BB EP raises to 4xBB All fold to me, I call Flop comes 552 rainbow. What do you do if villain is: LAG – C/R because he’ll bet a wide range of hands that I have crushed T/P – Check/fold because he’ll bet his AA/KK/QQ and check his AK L/P – Bet because I probably have the best hand, but its vulnerable, and I’ll get calls from all PP TAG – Check call because he’ll bet all his hands but likely won’t fire another barrel with AK on the turn Pretty confident on the first three...not so much on the TAG line because I'm praying that an ace or a king doesn't fall on the turn or river. Anyway, all help appreciated, as always. |

Re: Paired Flop Hand Quiz
Some other questions that need answers:
What's the buy-in? How do you have such a good read on the villain at such an early stage of the tournament? Perhaps the question should be: I'm looking for advice on the proper preflop move on this hand depending on my read of villain. My answer to all of these is re-raise 4xBB preflop. Which solves 50% of your postflop problems. |

Re: Paired Flop Hand Quiz
I'm likely reraising all-in with those stacks preflop.
Beyond that, I my standard play here would be to check raise all-in on the flop. |

Re: Paired Flop Hand Quiz
I'm going to report this in a more appropriate forum... its more general poker theory than SNG specific.
Thanks |
