Default Marginal laydown?

Hi, another question about the Party 15...I'm not sure if I should have put this down or not?!

I have the 9h2c in the BB. MP1 open calls, MP2 calls, LP calls. 4-handed to the flop (LP is never really a factor in this hand).

my notes on MP1:
- preflop: A7o
- flop stabber and 3-bettor into pf raiser h/u w/weak draws
- shots on river A-high if turn checked thru

my notes on MP2:
- opportunistic, probably paying close attention to the table
- pays off AQ-high after getting c/r'd on turn by preflop raiser

Flop is Jc-Td-8s. I check, MP1 bets, MP2 raises, LP folds, I fold.

Easy laydown, IMO.

The pot isn't that big, you've got to call two cold without closing the action and you're drawing to a one-card non-nut straight.
