Default Early OESD

PP $20. How do you play strong draws such as this one early in a tournament? Is this min bet on the flop a good idea? In this situation UTG2 flopped two pair and MP top pair and they both just called my minimum bet. And once the turn came I figured 40 was cheap enough to take another card off. Should I even be messing around with this early in a tourney?

Should you be messing with this hand? If these players are going to let you draw so cheaply then it is correct see it through. You have the odds to call and implied odds are even better. If the 9 comes on the river you probably double or even triple up. When I am at a very passive table I play more drawing type hands because of the implied odds that these passive players so generously give. If they don't protect their hands then take advantage of it. You ended up spending $55 to see if you could hit your str8 which could have doubled or tripled you up. I'll take that all day. Just remember not to chase when you aren't getting the odds to do it.
