Default Number of hands thrown away

Hi guys!

My first post.

How many hands do you throw away in a row before you say 'This table has gone cold.' or 'Today is not my day.' and then quit!

I guess it can happen
a) after you having been winning
b) after you have been losing
c) at the start of play

All help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.

If the game is good (If you are a favorite), stay, if the game is bad and you are a slight favorite, to slight dog (a lot of tough players, a ton of heads up pots - 1 raise and the blind calls, taken down on the flop), the game is probably bad or going bad and it is time to get up.

Otherwise, decide how many hands you want to get in for the night, or a timed session. Your next hand is your next hand.
