PayPal safe for poker money?

I am a DirecTv hobbiest who lives in Canada, and recently certain court rulings have ruled in may be illegal.


I found this link and made me wonder about what if internet gambling was ruled illegal, would PayPal freeze all our accounts with our money?


The site is poorly done overall, but I thought the question was valid.

Paypal funds can be used for a wide variety or purchases in addition to poker chips. I don't think your funds are at risk of seizure. If pressure is ever exerted for gaming reasons, Paypal might likely drop gaming sites to retain the remainder of their business.

of years now for poker sites as well as other

online purchases. I also got the debit card but

I haven't used it yet. It is by far the best

money transfer system I've found.
