Default Chad Lewis out for SB

Don't know if this will affect the line, but Chad Lewis is out for the SB. One less player for McNabb to throw to.

Does this really matter? I know the guy had a big game this week, but I think this would have been a bigger story in 2000.

Chad Lewis is an experienced and reliable tight end. This past weekend's game was probably the game of his life, however - it will have an effect on the Eagles since he has been a part of the team for quite a few years now, is a former Pro Bowl player, and is a great blocker. Their long snapper, Mike Bartrum, is a backup tight end. So I would imagine he'd get some playing time in the Super Bowl...The Eagles will now have to sign a TE who's been sitting on his ass to play in the Super Bowl. Chad Lewis was also the backup long snapper, so if Bartrum gets hurt playing in the Bowl, it'll be interesting. I doubt that it will affect the line.
