Default cheapskate?

Was playing micro low limitholdem at Ultimate

the other day. Every time the player on my right was due for a blind position, they would sit out.

Got by playing several times without having to post a blind. Has anyone out there observed this

phenomena? I quit the game.

It seems that the advantage to this would be very questionable, as the perpetrator would have to post in a late position after missing the blinds.

This means that they get to look at 6 hands for one small bet, instead of 9 hands for one and a half small bets. Id say they are losing out by missing every blind.

If there is no waiting list the person could leave and sit back down, saving the small blind

They get to post once, with money already in the pot (the blinds) in LATE POSITION, as opposed to posting twice in dreadful position.

I think it sucks.
