Posted a question about Harrington's book in the Book Forum but have received less than hoped for feedback. Maybe someone here could take a look and respond.
No, this has been discussed before. The big money is in the top places and a big stack is an advantage. If anything, I would take slightly EV- gambles for all my chips.
