Default question about Ed Miller

Why doesn't his name show up in red?

Maybe the same reason that John Feeney's name isn't in red.

Mason wants to get another book or two out of him before he will bestow upon him the prestige that comes with a red name.

He doesn't want any more attention.

Red sticks out too much.

Because if his name were in red, he couldn't make completely unprofessional posts like the one here: Bad.

He is actually just a composite figure of a theoretical poker expert, created by Dave and Mason so they do not have to admit to slumming at low limits occasionally.

The tip off is the name = Ed Miller, just a step less obscure than calling him John Smith.
