Default SSH

I have recently purchased this book (SSH) and agree with the majority that it's a must read. However, as I live in the UK I rarely get the chance to play limit poker (with the exception of online (hence the reason for the purchase of the book), and was wondering if Miller, Sklansky and Malmuth were going to bring out a similar book (small stakes/loose games etc) on pot limit and no limit play?

By the way, I also mistakenly posted this thread in the theory forum thinking I was in this one.

I think Sklansky is working on a no limit book - It may cover small stakes or loose situations. Harrington on Hold'em can be used for cash games even though it is a tourney book. Reuben and Ciaffone have a book called Pot- Limit & No-Limit Poker which is supposed to be pretty good. Hope this helps
