Default Calling Mini-Raises from BB with Suited 1-Gaps

Party 2-table, 15/30, I have around 850. MP limps, late player mini-raises, button calls, I'm in the bb with 68s. I decided to just conserve chips, too tight?

No. Let me guess, you flopped a straight right?

I think I'd play it, but I'm a little loose.

The flush isn't that strong. I left my last 3 tournaments with flush over flush. If you saw it was a winner, then you can be irratated. The flopped straight is much more likely to be the best hand and hold up.

Still, I call the minraise with almost anything reasonable (down to most offsuit connectors and similar hands) in the big blind. You are getting at least 5 to 1 on your call since someone else must already be in for the raise, and Aces with the Ace of your suit are less than a 4 to 1 favorites over your hand. I know it is multiway and so your odds aren't quite so good, but you are really looking to hit hard enough to beat a big hand, so I neglect the other caller's chance of beating you when you hit strong enough to continue after the flop.

I was checking my numbers from twodimes and noticed that for some strange reason Kh Ks is a slightly bigger favorite over 6h 5s than Ah As is over the same hand. I guess it comes from the times the Aces flop trips and 65 make a wheel straight to win. Now I know when I go all in with 65o I would prefer AA over KK from any callers!!

alex brenes told me I'm difficult to put on a hand. I like how that sounds better.

Definetly a classy way of calling you a LAG.

maybe this is a disease common with all laggies, but I don't particularly feel like a LAG. Then again, just try raising me and see.
