Rule question
On the river, player A bets on a bluffing attempt, player B calls. Player A mucks his card without showing. Does player B have to show his card in order to take the pot?

Re: Rule question
If Player A mucks his hand, and only the two players remain, the Player B wins the pot with no need to show his hand. Player A was the original better and was called by Player B meaning A would need to show his hand and when he fails to do so by mucking the hand Player B wins.

Re: Rule question
It depends on where you play, but almost always the answer is no. If you play at Madalay Bay in Vegas, the dealer will ask you to turn over your cards.
In situations like this, being forced to show your cards sucks, and the people responsible for that rule should be lynched. |

Re: Rule question
that doesn't make sense because if you don't show who wins hte pot? player a doens't have cards so who are they gonna give the pot to... you're the only oen wiht cards theirfore the pot is yours wether you show or not

Re: Rule question
Incorrect based on what the origional poster's situatiuon was. The Mirrage dealers will not do that, if they do call over the floor.
