Default Questions for those who support themselves from live play

I haven't been reading 2+2 for long, but I am in awe of those posters here who are professionals but don't play online (clarkmeister, mike l, barry...not sure if there are others)
If this were 1995 I would understand, but in this day and age, to avoid internet poker and all of its advantages (more hands, multitabling, and no tipping) seems strange to me, and I'd like to hear why these people have made this choice.

What are your reasons for avoiding internet poker? Is live play that much more fun? Are you trying to develop skills for beating higher games? Is it actually possible to sustain close to a 1bb/hr earn rate in the middle-high limits?
