Default SB Play on the bubble.

I am very curious how others play the very common situation where you are the SB and it is folded to you.

10+1 Party
Here is the stack situation.
UTG 3000
Button 1400
Hero 1600
BB 2000

Blinds 100 200

What is the range of hands that you would
A. Limp
B. Push
C. Raise (and if so by how much. at this stage I generally use 500 but that is awfully close to 40% of my stack).

How do you adjust your play if the BB is
Loose Agressive
Loose Passive
Tight Agressive
Tight Passive

If the BB wasnt a real maniac and I would push any 2 cards here.

Ok why?

If I push and I am called, I am likely to lose and be out.

Because thats exactly what the BB will be thinking too. He wont call you without a premium hand. You have tremendous fold equity here. With all those stacks running close to even you should be able to run over this bubble. Noone wants to get knocked out or have thier stack crippled at this point in the SnG.

Pushing any two cards is too aggressive here with an 8BB stack. You shouldn't limp any hands and anytime you raise it should be allin. I would run the usual range of steal hands - basically any pair and JT and up. Try to make life hard for the short stack, although it's difficult from where you're sitting. If your stack dwindles to 1200 or so, that's the time to go super aggro.
