Default Paulson Chips for the Public

After contacting GPI Gaming several times regarding Paulson chips for the public, I finally got a response:

"Dear Sir:

Thank you for inquiring about our company’s chips. We have recently developed a range of Paulson poker chips that are available to the public through an exclusive wholesaler. Generally, we only sell our products directly to licensed casinos.

You can get more information about these Paulson poker chips by contacting “Trademark Pokerä” at www.trademarkpoker.com or at 1-800-218-0104.

Regards,

Gaming Partners International USA"

So, when I contacted Trademark, here was their response:

"The information will be available on our site at trademarkpoker.com on
monday.

thanks

dan"

Will we finally be getting some?

Have you seen Trademarkpoker's prices more than twice that of 5stardeal and Gamelandsports. How much are they going to charge for the Paulsons when they want $1.35 for the Bluechip "James Bond" chips?
This may not be good news after all.

Their selling a Cardinal Hold 'Em set in a tin for $65. Same thing can be had at Target for $20. $340 for 500 dice chips. Can't wait to see the Paulson Prices.

That's bad news! They sell dessert sands chips for $1.35 and Super Diamonds are .25 cents. What a rip off!

What's this "exclusive wholesaler" thing? I'm confused, I thought Apache announced they would have a line of Paulsons - as did the eBay seller. Interesting...either way though, you guys are right - it does not look too promising that that site will have fair pricing on these!

This store is getting them soon too.

The link above is from another site that plans to get them. Estimated cost is around $525 for a 500 chip set.

So these guys are ripoff artists, huh? $1.35 for Desert Sands chips is just ridiculous.

I have yet to see actual photos of chips being sold. Anyone come across any?

Is there any reason for other buck-a-piece chips to exist? Besides custom of course.

Those are f'n nice.
