I play small NL and take lessons from a well respected expert. Seeing as how it's Christmas, I'll share some.

I'm cut off and raise to 4BBs first in w/ AJ. Only Big Blind calls. Flop is J rag rag rainbow. Big Blind pushes in, 80BBs. He's been a little wild but not stupid. I almost call then he types in " I command you to fold." I oblige.

I raise first in, mid pos with AsQs. only the button calls. F = Qd 8d 4d. I bet the pot, button pushes in, a 3x overbet. How often will you look up someone in this spot? I fold.
