Default A simpler way to put it

OK, let's try it this way to simplify.

Normal Hold'Em rules {regarding card rankings}.

No blinds. Everyone antes $1.

Eight players in the game.

Dealer acts last.

No check-raises. Each player gets one opportunity to raise each round and that is it. So, if I call, I cannot raise if the action gets back to me. If I raise and it is reraised, I cannot pop it back.

$10 max bet. Table stakes. Average stack $40.

Very loose passive.

What would you NOT play for $1 extra UTG?

Is there any hand you would NOT play for $1 extra on Button?

If you could not raise more than $3 preflop, would you raise with anything?

I think these are complicated questions, so I am very interested in your analysis.
