Default I feel so weak/tight

I should have popped the turn here right?? Or the flop at least?? I feel like I played this super weak.

I don't think this is a great spot to slowplay in. If you are slowplaying, then your ideal turn card is one that

i) Improves your opponent's hand
ii) but to a worse hand than yours.

There are not too many cards that do that. A Jack could give someone with QJ 2 pair (good), whilst giving T9 and a straight (bad).

It is also possible that your opponent has a hand that they like. They don't know you have a set.

I feel your pain...I do this type of stuff too--and kick myself every time! You have a medium pair--either push em out on the flop, or get out I say--don't let them sit there and draw their straight..lol
either be a sensible person and fold on the flop, or push a LOT in there--and see what happens! lol [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]
