Party emails to my hotmail acct are techy-gibberish - solutions?

Granted, any email from party customer service is usually ESL gibberish anyway, but in the last couple months, the formatting is all screwy...the words are all there, but they're interspersed between all sorts of computer-language symbols, so pretty much incomprehensible...anyone else have this or know how to solve it? (i guess i could switch email accts to yahoo...is it just hotmail w/ this problem)??

Set your mail to view as plain text, not HTML. That might help.
