Default Chip Desigining

just wondering what kind of program you guys use when making the graphics on the computer. when you send your art work off to one of the companies, what do you use to creat that file?

Illustrator, Photoshop... those are your two big winners.

i though there was a special program that was used, i guess im wrong anyone else know?

Photoshop pretty much, the "graphic designer" at the chip company you use is basically going to redo everything you send him anyway so its not that big of a deal.

Never heard of one. Some manufacturures have "wizards" to lead you through choosing colors and styles, but not the custom inserts or graphics. (See RT Plastics for example)
