Default a couple of pushes...

How do you get the hand converter for work for tourney hands?

$100 party single tables

Hand 1:

stacks are:
1480
185
2110
1050
3435 - BB
i'm UTG with 1740 and AQo

blinds are 100/200

Whats the best move?

Hand 2:

Down to 3 players
stacks are:

SB: 3000
BB: 2970
Me: 4030 on the buton

200/400 blinds

I get AJo and go all in. Is this fine?

Appreciate the help.

Push.
Push.

I realize the blinds are not massive in either situation but..

IN hand #1, you are EP, and dont want to have tricky decision on the flop. you push.

Hand #2. fuckit, i still push, big hands that arent PP's benifit from pushes cause they see all 5 boards cards. you win a suprizingly large amount of hands on the turn/river with 2 big broadways. What if (perish the thought) he is GOOD and stop-and-gos you? And the turn woulda paired ya?

2 easy pushes IMHO.

Both easy pushes. I'd push a hell of a lot more than AJ in the second situation. I suspect the list of hands I don't push would be shorter.

With "fuckit, i still push" are you referring to the fact that his stack is a little over 10BB? That's irrelevant because both opposing stacks are well under 10BB.

Hand 1

I fold here because there are still too many people behind me to act. If it was 4 handed or if I was in cuttoff, the button or SB I raise.

Hand 2

I can't fault the push and the better players may tell you it is the correct play, but I would have probably raised t1200.

Not so much. I suggest pushing cause its likely the best hand.
