Default How much in bonuses are there per year?

For the grinders out there...

How much money do you think you can/have received in reloads and the like for the entire year. I am talking basically what you guys have received in general.

I'll take a stab at it...

PokerStars,, what has there been 5 reloads this year? Prob one more coming VERY shortly? 6 @ 120 = $720/yr

Interpoker $800/yr between the old $50 and now $90 bonus per year

Caribbean $480/yr

Plex $600/yr

TotalBet $550/yr

UKBetting $550/yr

Will Hill $300/yr

Party Empire and friends...god this one would be hard. For Party and Empire figure 8 reloads each whether acct specific or for everyone per site per person per year, at $100? 16 total reloads = $1600/yr

PokerNow $200 signup bonus, and a reload? $300 this year?

Absolute and UB = Who the hell knows...If you capitalized on all of them you would be around $4,000, but nobody could possibly do all of these in addition to all those above. If you played that much you would be playing higher stakes and the bonuses dont matter to you on Car Sun or whatever. I will go on a tangent and say people cleared about $600 for the year between the 2 of these. Someone feel free to refute that.

$600/yr

Free money from or welcome back offers for vacant accts between the $20 from InterPoker and $25-$50 for Party...I'll say $100 a year total.

Pacific and Paradise I dotn play at so I dont know their reloads. I dont imagine much since I never play there and would if I heard about a ton. I'll say $150 for the avg person.

Bodog Full Tilt, Zerorake and other ghosttown sites that people may or not play at...I am gonna guess for the average bonus whore probably $200-$250 over the course of the year for miscellaneous stuff.

Gaming Club / Prima Network... I would venture here again people averaged $100 for the year. Some people got more, and a lot of peopel just never touched this family.

Those are all of the basic sites that I can think of and ones with attainable and popular enough bonuses...

This comes to a grand total of.........
$7000

Hopefully this would inspire some newbies that if things go according to plan that 2005 should bring this amount (if not more) in free money. If you follow Homer's post on building a bankroll this is what you can expect in the next year.

I amongst others have whored a bunch of casinos in the process. These have been very easy as well. I was just talking poker only, but another $3000 for the year would be quite easy with litearlly just clicking 5 buttons to setup some autoplays. $10,000 just waiting for everyone, no matter if you win or lose playing poker. Play at the .50/$1 or $1/$2 level, and you have a 5000bb bankroll on top of what you started out with by playing the required hands.

I would ilke to hear if anyone has tracked their bonus earnings for the year. Or if someone else would like to chime in and offer any more suggestions or comments to others.

Note: I did not include rakeback deals for obvious reasons, that is player specific on how much in addition you play compared to someone else where limit sizes matter.

I haven't tracked mine this year, as I just started whoring in November, but I plan on doing this next year. Geez, I was figuring if I hit up $3k next year in bonuses I was making out like a bandit.

My personal plan is to cash out all bonuses every month to my bank account. ONly poker winnings will remain in any particular poker account or at Neteller. This way I'll have a much clearer idea of my poker winnings. I count rakebacks in the bonus category (I assume this is the way to count them, maybe I'm wrong).

My new Year's resolution is to "wear a diaphragm.” I am so in!

My spreadsheet says $7350 so far for the year (not counting any casino bonuses, only ones cleared in poker rooms).

With a $200 Party reload coming for Christmas, and some remaining Cryptologic bonuses I will be up to at least $7700 by the end of the year, but probably under $8k.

Unfortunately, despite my attempts to improve my game, and some brief (successful) forays into a soft high limit game, this is going to be more than my winnings for the year at the poker tables.

LOL, my bonus income (including casino bonuses) is well over 10x my poker winnings for the year.

God, I must suck at poker.

Nice post. If players are willing to expand their horizons and add a little casino whoring, they can easily get over $10,000.

Thanks Homer!

Knew about the poker bonuses, but no the casino ones. Interesting and a nice change of pace.

Good stuff. A few observations/corrections/additions.

I've had around $700 in Pokerroom bonuses as well....and didn't sign-up there until June.
They have the $200 sign-up bonus (available through cardplayer and a couple other places) and just had a $150-reload.

Just through depositing and cashing-out I racked up over $2.5k in available bonuses at Absolute. I only cleared about $400 of it as the site slowed-down my computer. The bonuses eventually expired and I lost zero sleep over it.

I still have $2800 in pending bonuses at UB.

Pacific had two reloads during their 'happy hours' promotion. I think it was in July and August. But they seem to have discontinued doing that and I don't know of any other reloads there.

I don't get as many party/empire bonuses as others do. It seems that every time they offer an account-specific reload I am left off the list. So this number will definitely vary from player to player.
