Double Shootout ?

Hi ! Could anyone tell me what is a Double Shootout Tournament ?

If I'm not mistaken, it is a series of 1 tables, with the winner of 10 different 1 tables playing at one final table.

I'm afraid you are mistaken Martin, what you are describing is usually referred to as a shootout.


In a double chance tournament, you only pay once but you have a "rebuy" you can take, usually when you lose all your chips. At a certain point, those players who have not used their rebuy are then given the same number of chips.


The details vary slightly from place to place but that's essentially it. I think it's a good format and would like to see it used more often.
