Normally, I do checkraise this flop. But, nobody seemed to be folding on this table.

Seems pretty standard. I'd call down after the turn raise like you did.

Was this a sneaky attempt to get all the really good players who don't care about talking about strategy anymore to respond?

Haha nice idea but I'm going to respond so you might as well have posted it in SS.

3-bet the turn and take it from there. Why didn't you?

EDIT: Oh yeah, check-raise the flop although your way worked out nicely this time.

Without a firm read on UTG, I'll 3-bet the turn & check/call the river if capped. AA or QQ are possible, but AQ is more likely & would be played the same way by a lot of Party players.

Simple. I chickened out. After his turn raise, I put him on AA. This was the main purpose of the post; to find out if slowing down here is popular or not.

I like to 2 bet the turn and see if he caps. he still may have a wide variety of hands that may include AK, AQ, AJh, QQ, and AA. I think either 3 bet the turn or at least lead into him on the river and then it will only cost you 1 more bet if he has AA or QQ.
