Is this the same Jim Feist?

I was just wondering, is this the same Jim Feist who, a few years ago, was running a sports betting service where he was giving out both sides of a game? Basically, he would have something like his "Gold Key Release" where he would give out one side of a game, then have his "5 Star Release" where he would give out the other side of the game. He would also advertise stuff like "My Super Steam Release" is 8-2 so far this year!!! Only problem was, he would fail to mention it was 8-2 the wrong way. Just was wondering if it was the same guy....Big Al
