How Do You Like Your Meat?
I was having a discussion at a restaurant with a friend and were discussing the best way to cook steak. I like mine rare or medium-rare. He likes his well-done.
What do you like? The over/under for "inappropriate" references to "meat" is 5. I'm taking the over. |

Medium-rare or Medium. I'm not a big fan of overly bloody, but i'd like to taste steak instead of burnt.

Rare as hell. The blood makes it delicious.

Re: How Do You Like Your Meat?
Has to be rare. If you ask for medium or anything more, why even bother? The longer you cook it, the less you can taste what comes out.

Re: How Do You Like Your Meat?
Medium rare is the only way to go for me, a crusty outside with a juicy, slightly bloody inside.

Re: How Do You Like Your Meat?
Depends on the cut. Anything ground, medium rare to medium. Filets, strips, and T-bones I like bloody as hell. The rarer (is that a word?), the better.
