Default Stealing Standards in 5/10 full

Ok, say I am 2 off the button, folded to me, can I steal with:

K9s
QJo
A9s
A8s
ATo
TJs

etc..

this is 5/10 full, a very tight (although sometimes loose PF) game. < 20% see flop.

I would attempt to steal with all of the following. "Attempt" being the key word. Goddamn calling stations. They never respect my raises.

If less then 20% are seeing the flop then you should open up a little more I think.

K7s+
QTo+
KTo+
A5s+
A9o+
J9s+
9Ts+ (maybe 89s+)
22+

This may be slightly too loose, but I wanted to show that your listed standards are slightly too tight IMO.

As a rule, if you are in MLP or LP and everyone folds to you, then you should raise with any hand that you would have limped in with, had there been limpers in front of you.

Default Clarification

I want to clarify that the openers that I posted above would not be my normal openers. They have been loosened up to account for the tightness of the game.

I don' think this is entirely true. I like to evaluate each situation individually and I know there are hands that I wouldn't play after limpers that I would open raise with, and I know there are hands that I would play after limpers that I wouldn't open raise with.
