Default Go to the river?

Is this a good payoff or a routine fold? I don't know what to do in these situations.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: mcpeepants is MP1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
2 folds, mcpeepants raises, 1 fold, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (6.33 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, mcpeepants bets, CO folds, BB calls.

Turn: (4.16 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, mcpeepants bets, BB raises, mcpeepants calls.

River: (8.16 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, mcpeepants calls.

Final Pot: 10.16 BB

You're definitely going to the river and calling the bet.
