Default calling cold with A-7 suited

In the third stage (50-100) of today's Ocean Eleven tournament, I had Ac7c in a late middle position. There was an early position raiser, everyone else folded to me. Is this a call?

Maybe I'm playing results, but I folded. Flop

was A-x-x with one club. Two more clubs came.

Winning hand was a straight, I think I could have extracted some bets on the river.

Comments appreciated.

You didn't state your chip position.

But no way I cold call and early position raise (unless you know he is a maniac).

Only possible way is if there was a bunch of callers, or else your flush draw is not getting much of a payoff.
