Default Any positive EV mistakes

I accidentally sit on a 7 card stud game while trying to joining a SNG and despite I know nothing about the game, I finished in 3rd and win some money back!

All I know about that game is:

You don't have community cards to share.
Starting hands are very important. (Something I vaguely remember from watching one WSOP episode)

Does anyone think this game was easy?

My best was winning an accidentally entered $50 heads up 7 card stud hi lo on stars. Never played before. Played a couple of $10 sngs on party the next day, seemed fairly soft.
