Default Interesting Session

I just finished an interesting 2-hour session, 9 $30 limits and 8 $10 NLs (learning NL as I play limit higher up).

Through my first 5 $30 limits, I didn't win a single hand. I ended up placing in only 1 out of 9, in 3rd, for a net -$237. My stats were something like hands won 1%, showdowns won 18%, flops seen 12%, win % if flops seen 15%.

Through my 8 NLs, I placed in 7, with 3 1sts, 3 2nds, 1 3rd, for a net profit $172. I'm not sure what my play stats were, but it was close to 20% hands won, and showdowns of over 80%. I got some damn good cards in these, but I also did really well at just bullying everyone once I had a stack built up, and stealing pots which I just couldn't do in limit. Net profit, $172.

Overall on the session, -$65. I don't expect 8 $10 NLs to overcome such a horrible run of 9 $30s, but they almost did. Needless to say, I'm falling in love with NL as some of you said I would. I realize this was a ridiculous session for my NL games, but there are some idiots playing NL (I made some pretty dumb moves at times as well, but recovered everytime), do they get any better going up? Maybe I should just switch to $30 NL and drop limit altogether right now?
