Default Quiz!

First, thanks Derrick for helping us mathematically challenged types out!

Now, changing odds to percentage is fairly easy:

4.22:1 for instance, add 1 to 4.22 = 5.22. Then compute 1/5.22 = 19.16%. Please say I'm right!

But how do you change a percentage to be represented in odds?

Thanks, Greg

You have to understand what odds mean. Odds mean the times you win vs the times you lose. So 1:4 means 1 time you win and 4 times you'll lose (out of 5 times). So when changing from percentages to odds, for instance your 19,16% is in odds

19,16 : (100-19,16) = 1:4,22
