Default RSS Question

Im only generally experienced with rss feeds. Would it be possible to do a feed where I could see all of the posts on twoplustwo forum that i have marked as reminders or favorits to load up?

RSS is a data stream. Take livejournal for an example. You can set it up to "subscribe" to an rss feed of someone's live journal. You don't have to check for updates. Basically you can use an rss reader (Mozilla firebird has one built into its bookmarks via live folders) and see when new posts are made without having to constantly check back.
