Default Who likes this coldcall from the SB?

3/6 five handed

Decent but getting frustrated table coach limps UTG. His arch nemisis the VLAG approaching maniac raises in CO. Button folds. BB is an ok, loosish multitabler. You look down and see 98s.

What is your general take on suited connectors in this spot? How do your player reads affect your decisions to play or not?

Fold. First, I don't think 4-1 is enough to call. Second, suited connectors don't want to see action on the flop, and it looks like you've got a recipe for it. I'd be much more inclined to play a PP here, since you can almost certainly get 3-bets in on the flop when your set hits.
