Default JT on button

Party 5/10 6 max. I have JTo on the button first round. UTG limps (all I know about him is he has about $45 in front of him). I call (mistake?), SB folds, BB raises, we both call.

Flop is KT4 rainbow. BB bets, UTG calls, I call. Turn is another rainbow 4. BB checks, UTG bets, I fold, BB folds.

Weak?

Default Re: JT on button

I really dont like limping JTo after 1 limper, its a raise or fold for me.

Flop is playerdependent. If you think a raise will make then call and check turn, or if you think BB will bet with any hand after raising preflop, you should raise. Calling and folding turn against unimaginative players is standard (for me) because he will often have you outkicked even if he only got J. (If flop was more drawish, 2 suited or 2 cards close, like 87, u are in much better shape)

If u had raised preflop the hand would normally have been played in a way that makes it easier for u to know where u are, because there is a big difference between attacking 2 limpers and attacking a preflopraiser.
